Delivery Information

Delivery to Dealer’s Warehouse

FREE FOR ALL ORDERS in METRO

*to metro areas that fall within your pricing zone (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra & Adelaide Metro).

Direct to Site – Metro Delivery

$12 +gst per chair – Minimum of $200 +gst per order / delivery address

*       to metro areas that fall within your pricing zone (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra & Adelaide).

**     Ground Level only – (if Above Ground level add +$9 +gst extra per chair )

***   Placement & Packaging Removal – add +$5 +gst extra per chair.

****  Any special requirements such as inductions, special PPE, difficult access, long walks or delivery outside normal business hours will incur extra charges. Price on application.

Storage Information

Advanta does not have large storage facilities and are unable to store any orders you need to delay at our warehouses.

We conduct a Project Check in via our messaging portal for our dealers 2 weeks prior to your orders being assembled, and at this point, we confirm your delivery details and date based on the original time the order was confirmed and processed. If we do not receive a response for any changes within 48 hours, we will assume all details are correct and the project is tracking to schedule and will proceed with production and delivery as per the Project Check In details.

Therefore, if there are any changes to the delivery date after this time, there will be costs that apply, including;

  • A one off handling in fee
  • A weekly storage charge
  • A one off handling out fee
  • An additional weekly storage charge after the first week of storage
  • There will also be an additional delivery charge to collect from the offsite storage facility and deliver to your preferred location.

 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:
Once the chairs are in storage, we are unable to guarantee the condition of the chairs upon delivery. Due to this, wear & tear will not be covered by Advanta.
